This How-To guide is an introduction to the H&S module and will show you how to log an incident, whether that is a near miss or an accident.
Go to the Create Tab and select H&S INCIDENT.
This takes you to the next page, where the standard accident book style questions are asked. There is a variety of drop-downs and free text fields - complete all the boxes.
Decide whether an investigation is required or not.
When complete - click Create New Incident. If you clicked YES for investigation required, Assure360 will create an action and the H&S lead will receive an email.
When they follow the link in the email, or from the dashboard – they will see this summary page. Note that one action has been raised and that it has been automatically assigned.
